I started sewing clothes for my Barbies as a child and never did grow out of it. Today my favorite styles to sew are vintage sportswear, patio dresses and Hawaiian styles of the 1950’s.
Burlesque found me, thanks to some extra sparkly friends. I am honored to have shared the stage with so many talented women. Costuming was always my favorite part of burlesque, I’m excited to continue to make stage garments for the beauties of the Bay Area Burlesque community.
I am currently taking commissions!
Initially I launched a line of linens and housewares for sale made from vintage and repurposed materials – Annie Oakland Made. Since I began sewing full time I have focused primarily on patio dresses and custom vintage inspired garments.
